Create your workspace
Set up a new workspace for your company and start finding contract matches tailored to your capabilities.
- Choose "Create a workspace"on the welcome screen, select the create option.
- Company nameenter your company's name as you'd like it displayed.
- Describe your companywrite a brief description of what your company does. This seeds your matching profile.
- Create workspacetap the button to generate your initial capabilities from the description.
- Finding matchesContractMatch analyzes your profile and starts surfacing relevant contract opportunities.
Join a team
Use an invite code from your team admin to join an existing workspace and start collaborating on contract opportunities.
- Choose "Join a team"on the welcome screen, select "Join a team workspace".
- Enter your codetype the 8-character invite code from your admin.
- Look up invitetap to preview the workspace name and your assigned role.
- Confirm and joinreview the details, then tap to join the workspace.
- Start collaboratingyou'll land in the team's inbox with access to their contract matches.
Get AI-curated matches
ContractMatch scores every notice 1–10 against your capabilities and goals, explains why it fits, and shows which of your products apply.
- Best Curated sortopen the sort menu and choose "Best Curated" to rank by AI fit score instead of raw similarity.
- Curated scoreeach match shows a 1–10 score reflecting how well it fits your capabilities and goals.
- Why this fitsa plain-language rationale explains the match, including its strengths and any caveats.
- Product fitsee which of your products cover the opportunity and where the gaps are.
- Thumbs up / downrate a match to train the curation on what a good fit looks like for your team.
Triage your inbox
Your inbox fills daily with AI-matched contract notices. Save promising opportunities or dismiss them with a single tap.
- Review inboxyour latest matches, sorted by similarity score.
- Savetap the button (or swipe right) to move a promising notice to your Saved list.
- Dismisstap (or swipe left) to archive notices that aren't relevant.
- List selectorswitch between Review, Saved, and Trash lists at the top.
- Saved listpreserved for your team to evaluate further.
Explore match details
Every contract notice includes structured breakdowns extracted by AI: budget, timeline, required skills, and per-capability match scores.
- Detail viewtap any notice card to expand it.
- Sectionsscroll through Description, Budget, Timeline & Milestones, Skills & Domains.
- Required Capabilities Matchedsee how each of your company's capabilities scored against the notice.
- Match & coverage scoresuse these to quickly assess fit.

Search & filter
Full-text search across all notices, plus real-time filters for match score, deadline status, and notice type.
- Search bartap the search icon to open it.
- Keyword searchtype a term (e.g., "cybersecurity" or "cloud migration") to search across titles and descriptions.
- Score filterset a minimum match score threshold.
- Deadline & type filterstoggle to narrow results by deadline status or notice type.
- Clear allreset filters to restore the full list.
Customize match thresholds
Adjust the minimum match score per list to control how many notices appear. Lower thresholds surface more opportunities; higher thresholds show only the strongest matches.
- Open filterstap the filter icon on any list to reveal the filter controls.
- Min Match sliderdrag the slider to set the minimum match score for this list.
- Real-time updatewatch the notice count change instantly as you adjust the threshold.
- Per-list memoryeach list remembers its own threshold, so you can set different sensitivities for Review vs. Saved.
- Finding the right levelstart around 50% to see a broad range, then raise it as you learn what score range fits your capabilities.
Set up your pipeline
Customize your kanban pipeline stages: add card action buttons, rename stages, or remove ones you don't need.
- Company Profile → Listsopen the drawer menu to see all your lists and pipeline stages.
- Add common stagesauto-add a standard GovCon pipeline (Qualify, Capture, Proposal, Submitted, Won/Lost), or create your own.
- Edit a stagetap the edit icon to configure card buttons for quick actions like saving or moving cards.
- Delete Listremove stages you don't need from the edit dialog.
- Live updateschanges take effect immediately across the kanban board for all team members.
Track your pipeline
Organize opportunities in kanban columns, from initial qualification through proposal development to award tracking.
- Kanban viewswitch to see your pipeline stages as columns.
- Drag cardsmove opportunities between columns as they progress (Qualify → Capture → Proposal → Submitted → Won/Lost).
- Card detailstap a card to add opportunity metadata like estimated value, win probability, and expected award date.
- Pipeline overviewtrack your team's active pursuits at a glance.
- Customize stagesconfigure pipeline columns in Company Admin → Lists.
Track pursuit details
Add estimated value, win probability, and custom fields to any opportunity. Track the data that matters for your capture process.
- Internal Dataopen any notice and scroll to this section.
- Add fieldchoose from common GovCon fields like Estimated Value, Win Probability, or Expected Award Date.
- Custom...create your own fields (e.g., Capture Manager, Teaming Partner).
- Inline editingtap any value to edit it; changes save automatically.
- Remove fieldstap the trash icon and confirm to delete fields you no longer need.
Collaborate with your team
Discuss opportunities with your team using comments, track all activity in a shared feed, and manage team member access.
- Commentsopen any notice and scroll down to leave a comment.
- Share assessmentsadd a comment to flag a notice for a colleague.
- Visible to allcomments appear with author name and timestamp for the whole team.
- Activity feedcheck the drawer menu to see a timeline of all actions across your workspace.
- Team managementadmins can invite members and assign roles from Company Admin → Users.
Manage team invites
Generate invite codes to add team members to your workspace. Each code is single-use and can be revoked before it's claimed.
- Invites tabopen Company Admin → Invites to manage your invite codes.
- Generate Invitetap the button to create a new 8-character invite code.
- Share the codethe code is copied to your clipboard automatically. Send it to your team member.
- Track statuspending invites show in blue; claimed invites turn green with the member's email.
- Revoke if neededtap the delete icon on any unclaimed invite to revoke it.
Switch companies
If you work across multiple organizations, switch between them instantly. Each company has its own notices, pipeline, and team.
- Company dropdownopen the navigation drawer to find it at the top.
- Switch contexttap the dropdown and select a different company.
- Instant updateyour inbox, pipeline, and saved notices refresh to show that company's data.
- Preserved stateswitch back at any time; each company's state is kept independently.
- Multi-company adminmanage multiple companies from Company Admin without switching.
Search and filter capabilities
Quickly find specific capabilities by name or NLI statement content, and filter by source type to see which were manually entered versus discovered automatically.
- Capabilities tabopen Company Profile → Capabilities to see all capabilities.
- Search by nametype in the search bar to filter by capability name instantly.
- Search by contentthe search also matches inside NLI statements, so you can find capabilities by the skills or tools they describe.
- Clear searchtap the × button to reset and restore the full list.
- Filter by sourcetap the filter icon to open a sheet showing Manual vs. Website-discovered capabilities; deselect sources to narrow the view.
Set up curation goals
Tell ContractMatch about your company's growth direction so the AI can rank and explain matches in the context of your strategic priorities.
- Goals tabopen Company Profile → Goals to configure your curation profile.
- Company sizeselect the size bucket that best describes your firm.
- Growth directiondescribe the contracts and work you want to win. Be specific about agencies, contract types, or capability areas.
- Optional fieldsadd target agencies, work to avoid, or any other context that shapes your priorities.
- Save goalstap to submit. ContractMatch generates a curation profile in the background; it appears below once ready.
Company admin overview
Tour the Company Admin screen, your one-stop hub for managing your company profile, matching filters, team, invites, lists, and capabilities.
- Open Company Admintap the drawer menu → Company Profile.
- Profile tabview and edit your company name and description.
- Federal Filtersset clearance level, set-aside eligibility, service states, and NAICS codes.
- Users tabsee team members and their roles (admin or viewer).
- More tabsInvites, Lists, Capabilities, and Exclusions let you fine-tune your workspace configuration.
Configure your matching profile
Fine-tune which contract notices appear in your inbox by setting your security clearance, small business designations, service states, and NAICS codes.
- Company Profile → Settingsopen the drawer menu to find your matching filters.
- Clearance Levelnotices requiring a higher clearance won't appear in your matches.
- Set-Aside Eligibilitytoggle chips for any small business designations your company qualifies for.
- Service Statesselect where your company can perform work; only notices in those states will match.
- NAICS Codesadd 2–6 digit codes for your industry; broader codes match more notices.
- Save Settingstap to apply. Your matches will update after the next sync cycle.
